Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Novatrex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
